Yes. It's very simple with the placeB app. You can grant access to any number of people for a precisely defined period of time. These people also need to install the placeB app on their phones, and then they will be able to use the app to access your space during the time that you have specified.

The minimum rental period is one week. There is no maximum duration. The good thing is that you don't have to decide in advance how long you need the storage or archive. At the end of the minimum rental period, the storage space is yours until you cancel.

You can cancel the contract at the end of any contract month, even on the last day. For example, if your contract runs until August 15, you can cancel it on August 15. Please don't forget to empty your box until midnight of your last contract day. If you do not cancel, your contract will be extended until 15 September.

This means that the rental period of your storage space can always be individually adjusted and can be adapted to current requirements.

You can set a minimum rental period when you book your storage space. Depending on the minimum rental period, our system will charge you a discount:

• at least 3 months you get 5% discount
• at least 6 months there is a 10% discount
• at least 12 months there is a 15% discount

At the end of the minimum rental period, your contract is automatically extended by one month. The good news is that you will continue to receive the discount level of your first booking.

The price depends on the location, storage room size, minimum rental period and availability. Since the last available storage space of one size is always a little more expensive, it can happen, for example, that a certain storage unit is cheaper than the next smaller one.

Not automatically. However, you must be insured against theft, fire and water damage. You have two options: You can either contact your own insurance provider, or you can insure the stored items with us – just tick the appropriate box on the booking form. The cost of insuring with us is probably lower than what you would pay with your own insurance provider: our monthly fee is CHF 6 per CHF 10,000 goods value.
