Video: This is how the placeB app works

In this video, we'll show you how rent a storage room at placeB in a few clicks. Watch the video, register and book more space.

1. Download the app

The app is available in the App store for Android and iPhone. Simply download the app and register.

2. Register

Once you have the placeB app installed on your smartphone, you can register. For this we need your contact details (surname/first name/email), you set a password and agree to the terms and conditions.

3. Select the location and size of your storage

Once the registration is complete, you can choose your storage box at the desired location (all Self Storage locations at a glance »). The right location for you, depends on what is best for you and where your desired box size is available. The storage boxes of placeB vary in size from 1 m3 to more than 40 m3. The app will tell you exactly where what boxes are available. If you are unsure about the size you need, we will gladly assist you. In our Video on the correct box size, we'll show you some important tips and tricks to help you find your perfect storage space. 4. Enter the start date and rental period

Once you have selected your desired box size and location, you choose the rental period and the desired start date. With placeB you can rent storage space starting from a rental period of one week.

5. Enter and store payment details

Once you have entered and confirmed your payment details, you are the proud renter of a placeB storage box and can start storing from the desired start date. You can easily control access to your storage via your smartphone. One swipe and your storeroom are open.

Extra tip: You can also give access to your placeB box to others. This means you can allow family, colleagues, etc. access to your storage. Using the app, you can choose who has access when and for how long.
